GCSE production coursework - deadline

Learning objective:
In Week 4 Classwork I will:

 Continue to produce my GCSE production coursework and receive feedback on how to maximize my marks. Submit a final draft of production coursework.

Deadline: 27.11.2015. Identify the aims and purposes of my coursework production with consideration given to target audience. 

Learn how to clearly express my viewpoints in preparation for the evaluation part of my coursework.

Homework Week 4:
Source similar products to my own coursework for comparison in class. Literacy focus: Submission of coursework with clear and appropriate annotation. Numeracy: Inclusion of audience data research results in coursework evaluation.

Before you begin work on the main production part of your coursework, you are required to deliver a presentation to your teacher and your peers. This presentation will help when you come to evaluate your work and can be submitted as part of your planning.

Your presentation needs to include the following:

• What have you chosen to do for your coursework?
• What is the target audience for your production?
• What examples of similar work have you found as part of your research?
• What elements of the similar work you have found have you found useful to your production?

• What research have you done to inform your production?
• How will you use the information from your research in your production?

• What planning have you done to inform your production?

• How have you considered visual codes in your planning?
• How have you considered technical codes in your planning?
• What have you done to appeal to your target audience?

You will each deliver a presentation on Wednesday afternoon, period 5.
